This place is a gem, especially for families with young children! Our kids (under 5 years) have been taking lessons here for a couple of years. Not only are the lessons affordable, the staff are fantastic. They teach the children real horsemanship and riding skills, unlike other places we've been where the kids basically just sit on the horse while an instructor leads them around. Our kids are learning how to groom and saddle their horses. In the arena, they're learning how to steer and control their speed. The facilities are clean, the horses are very well-taken care of, and I can't say enough great things about the staff. We've done most of our lessons with Kaylee and Jim and they are phenomenal with kids. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area!
